Tupac Shakur’s legacy has lived on post 90′s rap era, and has continued to be a strong presence in rap and its history. All of the controversy and hoopla died down for awhile, after the Tupac Shakur estate decided that they’d make sure the scandalous tape was never publicly revealed. But now, it looks as if there has been a highest bidder. A private collector has swooped in and snatched up the tape for an undisclosed amount. And chances are it may not have been the highest bid ever, but the fact that it’s not some company trying to make a dollar off of Afeni‘s prized son probably makes all the difference in the world.
But don’t get too down in the dumps over not being able to see what (or who) goes down, there was a bid on the actual song playing in the background of the tape, too. An unreleased and never before heard song apparently features Pac singing while getting some head– and the CEO of a new energy drink company wants that song as the theme for his brand.
So while fans and patrons of porn may not ever see the tape, there’s still a chance that the $1,000,000 offer for the song still stands and we may get to at least hear that some day.
You have written this blog is nicely.
