embarked on a national 8 day fasting session for the entertainment industry.
The fasting which started under the theme, “Thanking The Lord For His Mercies” is being anchored by and under the auspices of one lead pastor and coordinated by the top artistes who pulled together the younger ones into the fasting period.
And to demonstrate their seriousness about the fast, lots of Nollywood stars went as far as using different forms of communication which included sending broadcast messages on their Blackberry, informing their colleagues to be part of it.
Although the fasting period is supposed to have ended after the eight days, no news have emerged regarding it’s conclusion with rumors that most of them got really engaged on something they hadn’t done in a while and probably decided to extend the fast.
