market with a new show, The Star Next Door.

Following the success of shows  like American Idol, The X Factor and The Voice, the CW has given the green light to The Star Next Door, which will reportedly air this summer, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit Entertainment will produce the series with CBS's Raquel Productions and 25/7 Productions. Latifah will also judge the show alongside Gloria Estefan and John Rich of country duo Big & Rich. The series, developed by The Biggest Loser creator Dave Broome, will find the judges scouring the country for "the best and brightest to compete and represent their hometowns when they face off in Hollywood."
Brandy recently released the video for the first single from Two Eleven, "It All Belongs To Me." The Rico Love-produced track reunites her with fellow R&B diva Monica for the first time since 1998's "The Boy Is Mine." Brandy's album is due in stores this June.
