sources Bet.com Audiences clearly still have an appetite for Hunger Games. The fantasy epic,
which set box-office records opening weekend, has earned a total of $251 million in its first 10 days of release. The film, which stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Lenny Kravitz, grossed $61 million this weekend. Looks like a few haters who didn't care for the casting of Black actors in the highly anticipated film couldn't stop the meteoric rise of 2012's biggest blockbuster.

Two new entries this weekend, Mirror, Mirror, starring Julia Roberts, and Wrath of the Titans, didn't fare quite as well. Wrath, sequel to 2010's Clash of the Titans, pulled in an underwhelming $34.2 million, which didn't quite meet studio expectations but was still a respectable gross, considering it had to compete not only with Hunger Games, but also the NCAA Final Four.

Not sure what the excuse is for Mirror, Mirror, a "modern" retelling of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves," starring Lily Collins opposite Roberts. The female-targeted film grossed a disappointing $19 million.

Next week American Reunion serves up a slice of warm apple pie, but has the franchise's audience outgrown it's gross-out humor?
