deceived fans and of course those people who are just mad at life altogether. His latest misunderstood crowd? Vibe magazine converted those reader to think that Drake is a ‘diva’ and Drake is speaking on it, finally.
In the same interview where Drizzy spoke on his codeine syrup sipping and weed smoking (how could you not know that, he’s on YMCMB after all), he also shared about that recent interview where Vibe tried to play him for a diva.
“I didn’t like the way I was treated. They ran this story about how I’m the most bitter guy, and my life is in turmoil. And I’m, like, a very happy 25-year-old kid living an amazing life. They tried to put a damper on my character, I guess because I didn’t play according to their rules.”
But Drake has had the last laugh– he just recently purchased a pricey multi-million dollar mansion in Los Angeles which he shares was his screen saver for quite some time.
““It does often blow my mind how much I’ve attained.” He recalls how, not long ago, he had an image of an LA mansion as his computer’s homepage. It was way out of reach even for a rising actor. “It was priced beyond my comprehension,” he says, then pauses to savor the feeling. “Five weeks ago I bought that house.”
Looks like the fruits of his labor are starting to pay off. Don’t expect to paint this guy as a diva for too long before he retaliates back.
