Late Monday, the unfinished version of Beyonce’s new single, “Girls (Who Run the World),” surfaced online. The up-tempo beat samples Major Lazer’s “Pon de Floor” and serves as the first offering from her much anticipated fourth solo effort. There’s been mixed reviews on blogs all over the Internet about whether or not this record will become a number one smash hit.
