Justin Timberlake fans game enough to find their inner performer within the next month could find themselves rewarded for their efforts.
A local charity is running the Money4Jam online competitionwhich will reward one lucky winner with a trip to Las Vegas to meet the pop superstar.
StarJam - which encourages youths living with disabilities to gain confidence through the performing arts - hopes to raise $100,000 through the competition which runs until September 23.
Participants can enrol individually or as a team creating a short performance piece to be uploaded to YouTube where the public can vote and donate money to their favourite clips.
Performances can range from singing, rap, dance, poetry or even comedy with the clip raising the most money taking out top prize.
The winner will be able to chose from one of three prizes including flights to Las Vegas where they can be part of a VIP meet-and-greet with Justin Timberlake.
Other prizes include a trip across the Tasman to see Australian Idol winner Stan Walker live in concert, or, those happy to stay in New Zealand could get the chance to meet Neil Finn.
Those who come second and third in the competition will be able to chose from the prizes not picked by the winner.
StarJam was started by Julie Bartlett who, until she was a teenager, did not know she had a brother who had been institutionalised since birth.
This is the second time Money4Jam has been run and Bartlett hopes the charity can double the number of participants this year to 70 plus teams.
