Baby Blue Ivy was spotted over the weekend having lunch with her parents at a West Village restaurant in NYC. Momma Beyonce seemed to have Blue in the baby carrier, sans high heels! Bey was in sneakers, which is not common, cradling little Baby Blue against her chest. Awww, how sweet. Daddy Jay-Z and some security watched over them.
Looks like the paps are going to be following Blue's every move.
