Nicki Minaj has been getting all sorts of play and business offerings since Pink Friday became a
huge hit for female rap, and the music industry in general. Especially after Taylor Swift put her on, Nicki has been a staple name in everyone’s mouth.
Now that she’s taking over everything she touches, turning things to gold with a glance– Nicki has inked a deal with Pepsi and started shooting a commercial due out in April. Not coincidental, considering her sophomore album was pushed back to the same month.
Before the video clip was removed from Youtube, it was made news that the singer was rocking the same costume she and her dancers wore for Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve and performed “Moment For Life.” Nicki shot for the big brand’s commercial in Argentina.
We can only hope that Nicki’s Pepsi commercial will be anything like Beyoncé and Britney Spears’ previous campaigns.
