Another month, another cover for Nicki Minaj. The platinum rapper switches up her look for the August 2013 issue of Marie Claire, rocking a mohawk, a see-through bodysuit, and a long blonde wig.
“You look like Cher in her ’70s days,” says one magazine staffer. But while she is unafraid to take risks, there’s one fashion that she wasn’t ready to rock. While going through the rack of clothing with a stylist, she turns down a yellow fur coat.
In the candid interview, she reveals what’s on her DVR (“Love & Hip Hop”), her go-to menu (steak and king crab legs from BOA with a side of corn), and how she made her first dollar (a lemonade stand).
