RICK ROSS AND JEEZY JOIN FORCES IN ‘WAR READY’ VIDEO

Rick Ross and Jeezy
Rick Ross and Jeezy put their beef aside and went in front of the cameras to shoot a video for their collaboration “War Ready” during NBA All-Star Weekend in New Orleans. Gun shots rang out as the hip-hop titans turned a warehouse into a violent battlefield in the TAJ-directed clip.

“History. Bet that,” tweeted TAJ.

In an interview with The Huffington Post, Rozay spoke about squashing their beef. “We had past differences and we put that to the side being true bosses to do something big for the culture, which is bigger than both of us,” he said.

They made headlines for their scuffle at the 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards, but it’s all in the past. “We never really personally had an issue,” he explained. “Real bosses get over that and that’s what we did, and I’m happy we was able to do that and set the examples for some of the younger bosses that’s coming up.”

The Mike WiLL Made It-produced single will appear on Ross’ upcoming album Mastermind, which also features Kanye West, The Weeknd, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Meek Mill, and Scarface.

Watch them make peace on set of “War Ready.”
