Tamar Braxton’s bubbly personality and hilarious outbursts have definitely made her the one to watch on WeTV reality series Braxton Family Values. The baby of five famous sisters revealed that she’s definitely spoiled when it comes to her coveted skincare and makeup. She dished to us some of her beauty secrets that keep her looking dabomb.com.
Confidence,” Tamar says makes any woman beautiful and she definitely knows a thing or two about that. “Doesn’t matter what you have on, or even if you look a hot mess, if you feel great, you look great.” She listed “brains” as her second criteria. “You may not have the best look, but some smart convo will change the way people look at you.”
Of course, sole confidence doesn’t stop the Braxton sister from getting her girlie goods. Having incredibly sensitive skin, she uses Dove Soap for Sensitive Skin and Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque to tighten pores and repair breakouts. “My skin is very sensitive, so when I get glammed, afterwards I rush to take it off. My skin will act a fool!” To cut down on inflammation, Tamar says she and sister Toni, who’s also prone to breakouts, use ice to cool their itchy skin.
Though Tamar does have skin issues, she doesn’t want anyone to get the idea that she doesn’t adore makeup. “I love to get glammed up and when I do, I am a turned up drag queen! I am a tranny!” she enthusiastically shares. She’s obsessed with false lashes and turns to Bobbi Brown for great coverage. “Lashes are just as important as your heels,” she tells us. Her must have splurge is La Mer “The Lip Balm,” which she says “saves my lips from getting chapped and cracked. That’s not hot!”
The slight beauty junkie did shock us when she revealed that she wished she could slightly alter her looks. “I wish I could get botox!” Tamar exclaims. Due to her bout with problematic skin, doctors have warned her against getting the cosmetic procedure. “I make way too many facial expressions, so the way I feel shows up in my face. I would like to constrain my face. Get it a little toned!”
Gotta love Tamar.

It's too bad she can't use botox or at least that what we should think....but I'm sure there are other cosmetic procedures suitable for her case.
ReplyDeleteFor example when I went to have botox in Toronto, after a set of investigations, the physician told me I'm allergic to a substance in botox's composition so I can't have it....but he came with a great alternative: Juvederm, and thank Good I'm not allergic to hyaluronic acid, because this is a substance that can be naturally found in our skin.
I went home with Juvederm instead of Botox but the result was similar, if not better.
Julia thanks so much for the comment
