We haven’t seen much of Eve, unless she’s touring across the world with her Mr. Gumball 3000 boyfriend in a new pair of Louboutin’s in every stop. But whether she’s rallying across
the continents in a Rolls Royce or in the studio in a pair of sweats, it doesn’t change the fact that we miss her and the amazing music she puts out.
But fret not, because fans will soon get a taste and then a mouthful of Eve and her evolution in music. She’s been readying some tracks for awhile and though her album isn’t quite ready, she’s got some tracks and perhaps a single or two to let go before the big day arrives and you’ll then be able to hear her growth in music.
But like any publication these days, of course they want to know all about Nicki Minaj. What would an interview be in 2012 without mentioning her? The name got dropped and of course she had to speak on it.
She tries to keep things positive and remain less focused on anything but her own promotion. She talks her favorite artists and who she wants to collaborate with. “Azealia Banks, I like her. A lot of people want me to hate on Nicki and say crazy things about her. I ain’t got nothing to say about her. Until somebody names me by name, then I don’t feel like nobody is talking about me. I wouldn’t have a problem putting her on a record just because … ‘why not’. I try to be nice.”
