President Obama called into Kissimmee, Florida radio station Power953 this morning to talk
politics with the Obie and Lil Shawn show. While most of the interview centered on serious campaign issues, the conversation did shift briefly to Nicki Minaj and her endorsement of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.
Obama was first asked if his daughters listened to the Young Money rapper. You know I don't they really listen to Nicki Minaj that much," Obama responded. The president was then asked about Minaj's endorsement of Romney on Lil Wayne's Dedication 4 mixtape. I'm not sure that's actually what happened," Obama said. "I think she had a song on there. A little rap that said that. But, she likes to play different characters. So I don’t know what’s going on there.”

For those of you who hadn't heard the endorsement, it's on the song "Mercy." I’m a Republican voting for Mitt Romney, you lazy b*tches are f*cking up the economy,” Minaj rapped. Minaj has received death threats over the line, but as we previously reported she isn't even registered to vote
