sources freshlikedougie.com 50 Cent tweeted a photo of himself standing with Arnold Schwarzenegger today, which confirmed that the two would be working together on a new movie.
“This is big maybe, it feels big its ya boy @50Cent and @schwarzenegger SUCKERS motion picture sh*t #SK,” 50 tweeted earlier today.
The former governor of California, who has been appearing in an increasing number of movies since leaving office, responded to the tweet later in the day.
“RT @Schwarzenegger: Great to meet @50cent. It’s always exciting to start a new project. The Tomb is going to be fun.”
MTV reported earlier this month that 50 had signed on to work in “The Tomb,” which will star Schwarzenegger along with Sylvester Stallone and Amy Ryan.
The film is described as an action-thriller, and also will reunite 50 with Vincent D’Onofrio and Vinnie Jones. The three previously worked together on “Fire With Fire,” which also stars Rosario Dawson and Bruce Willis and is set to be released later this year.
In other 50 Cent news, the rapper tweeted last month that his upcoming fifth solo album will be released later this year, as well.
“My album is out july 2,” he tweeted on March 12, though he did not reveal a title.
No release date has yet been announced for “The Tomb.”
