Bey worked it out for photographers at Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club following the Carnegie Hall special performances that were held and made history with Nas and Jigga in the same arena.
But Beyoncé stole the after party with her Christian Louboutin pumps (yes she’s back in her sky high heels), complete with blue nails and a gorgeous blue Lorraine Schwartz rock on her finger that must have been a gift/’push present’ from Jay for their breathtaking daughter Blue Ivy.
