Jay’s monumental night at Carnegie Hall. It was a completely sold out affair, and Jigga dressed the part in a tuxedo jacket with the perfect sheen and a bowtie to complete the look.
He paid homage to New York of course, and even performed “Glory” in honor of his little girl Blue Ivy. Mama Bey was in attendance as well, and she paid homage to their little girl as well– with blue nails and an exquisite blue rock on her index finger. Upon finishing his live “Glory” rendition Jay-Z shared, “I didn’t think I was gonna make it through that one. That was tough.”
Though he is a new father, there was another thing different about Jay last night… he and Nas shared the same stage, where the two both performed and shared songs with Alicia Keys who also partook in the Carnegie festivities.
